An all-in-one civic technology portal and mobile application aggregating government welfare schemes, public services, eligibility checking, online application status tracking, and direct department helplines in Bengali and English.

The Bottleneck: Citizens often struggle with navigating scattered government departmental websites, complex bureaucratic eligibility documentation, and lack of real-time status notifications for active social welfare schemes.

Target Audits: Researched citizen digital accessibility needs in regional languages (Bengali/English), identifying the necessity for instant scheme discovery, 1-tap eligibility verification, offline notification alerts, and simplified step-by-step application guidance.

Wireframing & Prototypes: Created clean, intuitive mobile and web views featuring categorized service cards (Women & Child Development, Youth Services, Agriculture, Pension), a live search engine with auto-suggestions, and citizen application tracking dashboards.

Visual Design: Architected a trust-inspiring, modern aesthetic utilizing India's tricolor accents, soft cards, bold regional typography, clean status badges (Active, Closed, Upcoming), and high-contrast accessibility modes.

Engineering Logic: Built with Next.js App Router for the web portal and Flutter for the cross-platform mobile app. Backed by PostgreSQL and Redis caching for sub-second scheme querying and Firebase Cloud Messaging for instant status push notifications.

Core Engineering Challenge: Managing real-time status updates and high-concurrency search queries during new scheme enrollment windows. Solved using Redis edge caching and distributed database read replicas.
