1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or contracting services from FUNKILL.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services encompass custom web design, mobile app engineering, database architecture, and performance audits.
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon full payment of milestone fees outlined in project proposals, all custom source code, design files, graphics, and assets created specifically for your project transfer entirely to your ownership.
3. Payment & Milestone Schedules
Development projects operate on milestone schedules (e.g., 50% deposit on project start, 25% on staging review, and 25% prior to production deployment).
4. Limitation of Liability
FUNKILL.tech is not liable for third-party API outages (e.g., hosting CDNs, payment processors, or external database providers) beyond our direct scope of control.
