Refund Policy

1. Discovery Phase Guarantee
If during the Discovery & Scoping phase (prior to Figma design or code execution) you decide not to proceed with project development, 100% of your initial deposit will be refunded without penalty.
2. In-Development Milestones
Once wireframes and initial codebase deployments have been reviewed and approved at milestone checkups, completed milestone payments are non-refundable as they cover labor and design hours.
3. Performance Guarantee
Every custom project includes our 95+ Lighthouse Performance guarantee. If your platform fails to meet agreed speed benchmarks due to our codebase execution, we will optimize it at zero extra charge until the target index is met.
